WEB WIZARDS | LUMINAIRE | KIITFEST -2017

Event Description

The event will test the ability to develop a website right from basic level. The participants will be checked for creativity, innovation and their problem solving skills. Participants will be working in a stipulated time environment to solve a situation.

Genral Instructions:

1. A case will be provided to the participants.
2.The participants will be given 8 pre-requisites like Parallax scrolling, Navigation bars etc. Out of which they will need to implement any 5 and portray it in the web page they will design.
3. The innovation step would be that they will have to incorporate one feature which they think is unique to their web site and this will be to judge how they approach the problem and to judge their creative and innovative aspect.
4.The event will be conducted in two rounds:
Round 1: Prelims 
Round 2: Finale
In the prelims participants will have to build the website from scratch and top three students from each slot will advance to the finale wherein they will be given a completely different scenario to work upon.
Finale will also include a debugging round.
