NEURAL HACK | LUMINAIRE | KIITFEST-2017

Event Details:

A tech event where participants will be needed to solve real world problems which are encountered in almost any good project. This event will test the efficient problem solving skills for Projects and Automated tasks.
This event will comprise of interesting tasks with points associated with it. It will be divided into three parts depending upon the difficulty level of the questions. The tasks will be given based on automating process in the computer such as scraping data from Internet (web scraping), managing files and directories using scripts and other interesting real world tasks.

Rules:
 
1. Maximum number of members in a team can be two. A team can even comprise of a single member.
2. Problem statements for each level will be given on the spot.
3. Participants can complete the tasks from their hostels after briefing of the event is done.
4. Time allocated to solve the problems will be 24 hours before submission.
5. There will be a single round of 24 hours. The team with the highest number of points wins.
6. Codes can be submitted/uploaded to GitHub/Google Docs/Drive and the links must be sent to the email provided.
7. Any submission after the allocated time will not be entertained.
Judging Criteria:
Judging criteria will be based on the points scored at each level. The team with the highest number of points will be declared the winner.
